Say you decide at the last minute to skip work - would you rather have the day turn out to be:
a) Overcast, with big fat clouds that look like they are going to dump a gazillion gallons of rain on you any minute. As a bonus, it is also colder than a witches tit (something my grandmother used to say which I've never understood but I say it anyway. It's like cutting the ends off the pot roast, an analogy you won't understand). But, you have a new blankie (chenille, purchased last weekend during the great get a way) and you just know you are going to curl up on the couch in the afternoon and take a nap.
or would you pick
b) A day full of sunshiney goodness without a cloud in the sky so that you feel really really guilty about napping in the afternoon with the new blankie when you should be outside weeding the garden or doing something constructive.
I am v, v glad that the day is turning out to be (a) as I have enough guilt.
